One of my favorite Lam Sir and Sally collaborations! Thanks for posting Max. 強伯 really knew how to write lyrics - these ones are absolutely wonderful (although quite sad)! Excellent composition and great vocal from Sally with an excellent arrangement from Mr Babida. Now that's what I call teamwork!
ReplyDeleteMany thanks for the comment. It was this song that lifted Sally to success in HK, melody is simple but definitely expressive. Richard Lam's one of my favourite HK lyricists, his lyrics have a particular dimension of emotion within, which often leaves us touched. Great teamwork is necessary for the creation of classics, but unfortunately it is so severely lacking in today's music industry that people tend to create not music but noise...
